 Policies & Procedures

Waitlist Policy

All fully booked classes offer a 6-person waitlist.

If a spot opens, you will be automatically added to the class and notified via text or email (depending on your account settings).
You may be added to a class overnight, so please check notifications and be prepared to attend.

Charges & Class Pass Use

When you join a waitlist, the system will hold a class pass or charge your account (if you don’t have a pass).
If you do not get into the class, your pass will be returned to your account for future use.
If you’re added to the class and don’t attend, it is considered a late cancel and you will lose your class pass.

Multiple Waitlists

You may add yourself to multiple waitlists on the same day.

If you are added to one class, please remove yourself from any others to avoid multiple bookings.

If you're added to multiple classes and don’t cancel 6+ hours in advance, passes will be deducted for any unattended classes.

Class Cancellation Policy

We ask that all clients cancel at least 6 hours before class start time.

Late cancellations (within 6 hours) will result in forfeiture of the class pass.

You can cancel through the Mindbody app or on our website.

Attire Policy

For apparatus classes (Reformer, Tower, or Mixed Equipment), grip socks are required for both safety and hygiene.

Forgot your socks? Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.

Please wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows for ease of movement.

Pricing Differences

Please note that each class and service type has a unique price point.

Passes and packages are not interchangeable across service types. Once a package is purchased, it can only be used for that specific class or service category.

Service Categories:

Each offering has a different rate, and services cannot be exchanged or transferred between categories.

Pre/Postnatal & Physical Limitations

At Studio A Pilates, your safety is our priority.

If you are in your 2nd or 3rd trimester, or managing a physical limitation that may affect participation in group classes, we strongly recommend scheduling one private session before joining any group class.

In this private, you will learn personalized modifications to help you stay safe and supported in group settings. Instructors are unable to pause a group class to provide extensive modifications but will always offer general modifications as needed.

This step helps keep our group class environment uplifting, inclusive, and cohesive for all.

Pre/Postnatal classes are offered monthly and may serve as a great alternative or supplement to private sessions.
